The Fuel Preporator® system allows the capability to provide fuel at flows and pressures beyond the maximum requirements of the diesel engine. How you ask? By removing air and vapor from diesel fuel, the Fuel Preporator allows only pure diesel fuel to reach the engine promoting optimized engine performance, increased engine component life and higher output.
Heavy Duty Fuel Air Separation System
The Fuel Preporator Overcomes Filter Plugging and other inadequacies of the conventional vacuum feed fuel supply system by removing entrained air from the fuel and preventing vapor from forming through fuel pump cavitation THUS RESTORING CORRECT INJECTION TIMING. Correct Injection Timing Allows the engine to perform at peak efficiency as It was designed for: Maximum Fuel Economy, Reduced Exhaust Emissions, or higher Peak Power Output when it's needed instead of peak fuel economy.
